Is Hichkie ghee lab-tested for purity?

Yes, every batch of Hichkie ghee is lab-tested for purity before it ships.

What is the bilona method?

Bilona is a traditional method where curd (not cream) is hand-churned into butter, then slowly simmered into ghee — unlike factory ghee, which is made by boiling cream directly.

How should I store A2 ghee?

Store ghee in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture, using a clean, dry spoon each time to keep it fresh for months without refrigeration.

Does Hichkie ghee contain any additives or blended oils?

No, Hichkie ghee has no vanaspati, palm oil, blended oils, or additives — it is 100% pure ghee packed in glass.

Is this real A2 cow ghee?

Yes. Made from indigenous Gir and Sahiwal cows.

Is it made using the Bilona method?

Yes. The curd is hand-churned with a wooden bilona and the makkhan is slow-cooked.
