Haven't tasted the ghee yet however observed a flaw in the overall packaging. Not sure how a small wooden spoon has been paired for a 1 litre Ghee bottle. It will not serve purpose to take out ghee from the 1 litre bottle after certain level (It may completely work for 500ML Bottle) . Either you completely remove the small wooden spoon from the packaging or should pair it will a right size of spoon.
